\nThe key to one’s optimal health.
\nIn the hands.
\nOf a child.
\nThe inner parent has misunderstood.
\nTheir love for the child sees the need to protect that child by taking away the key.
\nHow can a child be left responsible for such an important and relevant task?
\nAnother of many …
\nEpic.
\nMisunderstandings.<\/p>\n

The inner critic approves of the rationale of the inner parent.
\nThe inner critic and parent could exist as one distorted entity.
\nOr be two separate ones.
\nOr somewhere in between.
\nThe adults<\/strong> <\/em>have had their turn with the key.
\nFor millennia now.
\nStuck in a loop we are.
\nTime for the inner children to take a turn now.<\/p>\n

Children naturally align to joy.
\nThey look for.
\nAnd find.
\nActivities that they enjoy.
\nThe idea of settling for suboptimal is counterintuitive to a child.
\nOur current normal<\/strong><\/em> is better termed suboptimal<\/strong><\/em>.
\nGo for optimal.
\nSays one’s inner child.<\/p>\n

The inner critic is unable to meet the needs of the inner child.
\nThe inner parent is unable to meet the needs of the inner child.
\nNo worries.
\nThe inner child is fully capable of meeting his or her own needs.
\nAs long as the adults<\/strong><\/em> allow the natural course.
\nIf one is unable to help,
\nAt least do not hinder.
\nIt is time …
\nTo enable and empower one’s inner child.
\nNow.<\/p>\n

The inner child sees clearly.
\nHolds no grudges despite the routine boundary-crossings in the name of love.
\nThe child understands the good intentions behind the captivating habits of our world.
\nThe child embraces, nurtures and treasures all aspects of itself when in the optimal state.
\nNo need to conceptualize or label the current state of affairs.
\nSimply give the inner child the key that so naturally belongs in his or her hand.
\nThe emotional GPS will instantly initiate.
\nThe natural attraction to what feels good leads the evolution to an optimal state.<\/p>\n

Children are silly, curious, intelligent, playful and lighthearted … By design.
\nIt is optimal for us to keep this aspect alive and flourishing as part of who we are.
\nEternally.
