\nSit beside your neighbor\/your friend after tragedy or grief.
\nLook straight on when you see another\u2019s heartbreak in progress.
\nResist the temptation to look away.
\nNot to judge or scold, but to feel the heartbreak as it is our own.
\nNot required to fix it but to fixate upon it \u2026 even for a short while.
\nRecount your stories of heartbreak.
\nNot to be victim but to be real.
\nIn this fashion, we chip away at our collective hearts.<\/p>\n

Witness the grotesque masterpiece.
\nFeel the discomfort as the tragic characters fight upon the stage.

The walls of our hearts crumble slowly at first, then suddenly collapse.
\nAfter a lifetime of assault against the heart, it opens.
\nAs is its innate function.

\nHow is it that the heart can be open all the way, yet can always open
\n\u2026 just a little bit more?<\/p>\n
