\nIs to choose to Suffer.<\/p>\n

When one is suffering, optimal questions:
\nHow am I resisting the truth?
\nWhere in my life am I resisting the truth?
\nWhat is true for me?
\nThe truth of who I really am.
\nThe truth of what inspires me.
\nThe truth of what is the most authentic for me to do within myself and within the world.
\nThe truth of my innocent nature,
\nNo matter what my past history.<\/p>\n

By experience I know.
\nWhen I start asking optimal questions,
\nI start receiving optimal answers.<\/p>\n

When to start?
\nHow ’bout now?
\nWhenever you choose really.

\nWith whomever you choose.
\nWherever.
\nGoes without saying.<\/p>\n

To make a change.
\nMake a choice.
\nBe willing to see clearly<\/em><\/strong>.
\nTo understand your triggers.
\nWhere you feel sensitive and your feelings get hurt,
\nThat is where you are misunderstanding.
\nThe misperceived actions of the other,
\nAre clearly pointing out for you where you are wounded.
\nA lower energetic vibration in motion is stuck.
\nAwareness to this fact is in itself the healing.
\nI prefer the word optimization.<\/p>\n

To hang on to wounded feelings,
\nnot recognize the significance when they get triggered:
\nSuboptimal.<\/p>\n

One can choose to suffer.
\nIt is equally easy to choose another state.
\nGo for optimal.
\nMy hope for you is that you are at least Aware.
\nShining awareness into some of the dark corners of our subconscious is all that is required to optimize.<\/p>\n

\nIs nothing personal.
\nSimply a choice.
\nHaving no relevant connection to the past.
\nI consider any other choice as an epic misunderstanding.
\nThat is how I choose to frame my view.<\/p>\n

I see suffering all around me.
\nIt ignites a deep compassion.
\nA simple misunderstanding.
\nClarification awaits.
\nThe only requirement:
\nA willingness to see clearly.<\/p>\n

I call that,
\nBeautiful Truth.<\/p>\n

It cracks my heart wide-open,

\nOf suffering,
\nIn a fog,
\nOf a Simple.
\nMisunderstanding.<\/p>\n

I offer you the knowledge:
\nThe clarification is within your grasp.
\nEvery moment.
\nEspecially now.
